Help for the PONS Deal Intelligence Chrome extension.

Common fixes

  • Make sure you are browsing Facebook Marketplace on www.facebook.com.
  • Refresh the Marketplace listing or inbox thread after installing or updating the extension.
  • Open the extension popup and clear the cache if a stale result appears.
  • Disable conflicting Marketplace overlay extensions if the PONS panel does not appear.

What to include in a support request

  • Your Chrome version.
  • The PONS extension version.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • Whether the issue happens on listing pages, Marketplace search results, or inbox threads.
